The Proccess

When you call us we will come out to your property within 3 working days, where one of our team will have a survey of the property to price up the job. You will have the opportunity to communicate at this point where you would like all your sockets, light switches, and fittings to go. Once you've received your quote Via email you have the option to accept or decline. If accepted one of our team will contact you to discuss a suitable date, depending on the size of the property on average the job should take 3-5 days with smaller rewires taking as little as 1 day. It's at this point we can discuss payment options we offer two different payment options, either by paying in full when the job is completed or by fianace with one of our trusted partners with low interest rates. Finance would have to be set up before to make sure you get approved but payments won't start till all the work is complete and you are happy with the work.

Whats Included

We start by preparing the property with carpet protectors and dust sheets before removing any of the old electrics (we don't fully remove the old ones if the property is still being lived in), We then would mark where everything is going and install the cables, this can be a tedious process often utilising the loft spaces and underfloors where possible. Carpets may be lifted but will be placed back down after. Concrete walls will have to be channeled out in most cases but will get plastered over afterwards. Once the wiring is in place we connect it all up with white sockets and fittings unless discussed in your first appointment, other options are available at extra cost! A new fuse board will be installed as well containing RCBOs to protect against fires and earth to neutral faults which could save your life compared to an old MCB board or even worse cartridge fuse board. Our fuse boards come with SPDs, which protects against a surge in power either by the network or by a lightning strike and takes the brunt of it to protect your electrics from getting fried and not working. Finally, we'll carry out an EIC or EICR to test everything installed and will provide you with the certificate.

Once everything is done and you are happy with the work we will then take payment or if your spreading the cost with finance the first payment will be taken on the date you chosen before hand.
